How do I order a repeat prescription?
You can order a repeat prescription:
- Online via EMIS Patient Access
- By post – Ashfields Primary Care Centre, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, CW11 1EQ (please remember to include a stamped addressed envelope if you require your paper prescription posted back to you).
- In person
Please allow 48 hours before collection, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. If you would like your prescription to go automatically to one of the pharmacies or online pharmacies, please let us know.
